I was assigned a project for Wavelength Magazine to cover a few “green” restaurants. My first thought was yuck… who enjoys eating Vegetarian or Vegan food? Well by now I should know better than to make assumptions. The first restaurant I went to served up buffalo mock chicken wings and I was sold. The next place I visited was Pomegranate. Not only did I love the decor and their delicious chocolate cake but I loved loved loved the owners. It was a mother and daughter duo and the way they worked together made me jealous that my family doesn’t live closer to me. The last restaurant I went to, True Food Kitchen, was beautiful but even more importantly it absolutely made me want to live the organic lifestyle. This was one of my favorite restaurant groups that I have done for Wavelength and I am so happy that my assumptions were proven wrong.
LOVE these photos! They are beautiful. My mouth is watering. Take me there next time I come visit?
